We know that the COVID-19 virus is likely affecting your business and it has affected ours as well. I wanted to let you know that at Prompt, we have spent the last two weeks preparing for and implementing a full Work From Home policy and have now completed that move. During the two weeks of preparation, we ensured that we will still be able to have fully functioning business operations, with an emphasis on ensuring that we can continue to deliver high quality, fast and reliable customer service as well as product performance.
During the COVID-19 outbreak, we will be able to continue to deliver on the value and expectations you have of Prompt to ensure that there is one less thing you have to worry about. Our Customer Success and Product teams are on standby to ensure we meet the needs of our customers during this trying time.
Telehealth – Option to work with patients remotely
If you are interested in potentially treating patients remotely, we have been testing a HIPAA-compliant beta on Telehealth services with one of our partners. If this is something you would like to explore during this outbreak, please reach out to us for more information. In conjunction with our partner, we are capable of having you deployed on the Telehealth Beta within 48 hours so that you can continue to deliver high-quality care to your patients during the COVID-19 outbreak. In addition, our partner has graciously offered to waive all onboarding fees to activate the Telehealth services.
How you can help
Finally, we’ve encouraged our team members to participate in Folding @ Home with any personal computers they have at home. Folding @ Home is an organization originally founded at Stanford University, which focuses on leveraging computers to analyze diseases in the hopes of improving treatment options. Participation requires the installation of a program that downloads datasets for analysis at times when your computer is idle and shares those results with the community.
