Accelerated Performance Rehabilitation is a two-provider practice with locations in Westwood and Foxboro, MA. Practice owner David Fleischman recently spoke with us about the night-and-day transformation their business experienced since switching to Prompt.

Removing the barriers between billing and practice management
Before deciding on a new EMR, Advanced Performance worked with a third-party biller. They ran into frustrations with the communication (or lack thereof) between the billing service and their in-house system. Moving to the all-in-one Prompt system allowed them to bring all their data together and see it in one place. This major change “allowed us to see our business in a different light,” said David.
This meant, among other things, seeing every claim at every stage in its lifecycle, reporting breakdowns by location and therapist, and overall business visibility the team didn’t realize they were missing until using Prompt.
Faster documentation, improved revenue, and more visits per provider
With help from Prompt’s various features, provider and clinic efficiency hit new levels at Advanced Performance Rehab. Most notably, the practice saw average revenue per patient visit jump from around $78 to “well over” $100, an increase of at least 25%.
Along with this, David noted that providers are documenting faster during their visits. They’re also keeping their schedules filled, thanks to Prompt’s online scheduling and waitlist automation features. The only negative part of the experience? David noted that he wishes he “made the change to Prompt earlier.”
