Bacci & Glinn Physical Therapy improves compliance and reimbursement thanks to Prompt and PredictionHealth

Bacci & Glinn Physical Therapy, part of Kinetic Care Group (KCG), is a six-provider practice based in Central California. The practice’s president and co-founder, Bob Bacci, was generous enough to share how their team’s experience with Prompt and integration partner PredictionHealth has transformed the clinic’s operation and bottom line.

Prior to adopting Prompt, billing compliance was an uphill battle – the team only had the bandwidth to review about three charts per therapist per year. They realized the major need for more visibility and better optimization of reimbursements to match the cost of delivering their high volume of service.

Today, using data generated in Prompt and analyzed by PredictionHealth, Bob’s team has seamless visibility into every chart for every provider. Along with that, Prompt’s AI-enabled code selection has allowed the practice to:

• Ensure billing codes are consistent with CPT definitions
• Diversify the codes used for each visit
• Reclaim time spent in visits that was not billable
• Identify additional codes for visits they weren’t capturing
