Dynamix Physical Therapy is a West Tennessee-based based practice with 17 locations. Nick Nordtvedt, VP of Clinical Development for the practice, recently shared details of their successful move to Prompt and some of the amazing outcomes their team has experienced.

“Reporting features are awesome,” Nick said. By leveraging Prompt’s reports, including provider productivity metrics and referral insights, Dynamix clinic directors have been able to “really keep a pulse” on the practice and make the best strategic decisions for operating more efficiently and profitably.

Patients taking charge of their scheduling

On the administrative side, Prompt’s easy-to-use online scheduling allowed patients to “take charge of their schedule,” which was one of the key reasons Nick’s team was looking for a new EMR partner. Empowering patients to book and adjust their appointments as needed helped increase visits while alleviating stress on both front desk staff and clinicians, “so that they can really focus on patient care,” Nick said.
