In an effort to appear in more searches, Dr. Patel experimented with Google advertising but did not achieve much success since larger physical therapy groups compete for the same ads in his area. He also tried to drive more google reviews from his patients by experimenting with QR codes and text/email blasts. Unfortunately, he found that although his patients were happy and eager to help him, these methods didn’t make it easy enough for his supporters to submit a review.
